Delivery policy

EXTRAVOX is a digital service. Nothing is shipped and there is no delivery address or delivery charge. This page explains what happens between signing up or paying and using the product.
1. How quickly you get access
- New account: sign up at app.extravox.ai and confirm your email address. Your free trial minutes are available straight away.
- Subscription: your plan is activated as soon as your payment is confirmed by Stripe or PayPal — normally within seconds — and its limits apply immediately.
- One-off access period bought through an authorised storefront: access is granted automatically once payment is confirmed, normally within a minute or two, and you receive an email with a link that signs you straight into your dashboard.
2. What arrives
- A payment receipt from the payment provider or store.
- An email from EXTRAVOX confirming your plan and what it includes.
If you already have an EXTRAVOX account, the new plan or period is applied to it and you simply sign in as usual.
3. If your email does not arrive
Check your spam folder first, as automated emails sometimes land there. If it is still missing after 15 minutes, email [email protected] from the address you used at checkout and we will activate your account manually. We reply within 24 hours.
Your access is never lost because an email failed — the purchase is recorded against your email address regardless.
4. When your access ends
Subscriptions continue until you cancel; after cancelling, your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. One-off periods cover a fixed time — one week, one month or one year. When a plan ends, your assistants stop taking calls until you choose a plan again. Your assistants, settings and call history are kept, so you can pick up where you left off.
5. Geographic availability
EXTRAVOX is available worldwide. Telephone number availability and calling rates vary by country and are subject to our telephony provider’s coverage. If you need a number in a specific country, ask us before buying at [email protected].
